Horia Barna is a specialist in Spanish language and literature, journalist, translator and editor. He has held various positions in several Rumanian magazines. As a translator, he has translated authors such as Carlos Fuentes or Eduardo Mendoza into Rumanian. Polyglot and Spanish Philology graduate from Bucharest University, since 2006 he has been the director of the Rumanian Cultural Institute in Madrid, which strengthens knowledge and diffusion of Rumanian culture throughout the world.
