Nicolas Ridoux studied at the �cole Nationale Sup�rieure de M�canique et d'A�rotechnique. He is a proponent of degrowth (d�croissance in French), a political, economic, and social movement which advocates the controlled downscaling of economic production based on a establishing balanced relationship between humans and nature, and between humans themselves. He is author of the instructional book D�croissance pour tous (2009) and Menos es m�s. Introducci�n a la filosof�a del decrecimiento (Los Libros del Lince, 2009).
